Bio# Discovery

Each of us is born with a Bio#, a number that is naturally activated in your physical body. It is reflective of your core identity and how you move and express yourself in the world. There are 9 places one can be anchored, and we all have one!

Understanding your Bio# can help bring clarity to how you are connected to your physiological body and to the patterns of feeling and moving interpersonally in the world. Learning your Bio# can help you relate to yourself in others with greater compassion and move more into your natural potential.

When you arrive there will be a check in, a HIPPA consent form and some congenial social activity while each person 1:1 is doing physical movements with one of our practitioners to help self-discovery in this modality.
