Do you only talk to people? Can you talk to pets?

I absolutely can talk to pets, when they decide to show up! It is not up to me how or when they show up, but when they do I love to bring you their messages.

How do I prepare for a session?

Come to the session with an open heart and open mind. Ground and center yourself as much as you are able. If you want to take notes, that is perfectly fine. You can write any notes you want, and most sessions are recorded and can be shared with you at your request.

Can I pick a loved one I'd like to specifically speak to?

No. It's up to whoever shows up in spirit to guide the session. I am just the facilitator.
