Complex Health Care Navigation
Support for individuals navigating complex, multi-system conditions that face challenges in being clearly understood across providers.
How it works
People going through chronic illness are often dumped into the medical industry and are expected to navigate it all on their on their own. Unlike Red's other services, this is an ongoing collaborative, supportive effort for your welfare as you navigate your health and wellness.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
You'll relay your primary concerns, current diagnoses (if any), the number of providers involved, and the main goal (clarity, organization, appointment support, etc.).
Step 2: Fit Determination
We will discuss whether coaching, care coordination, or both are needed. We'll also cover what supports you have in place, and the complexity level of your care.
Step 3: Intake Booking
After fit is confirmed, we will do an initial intake. This will include structured questionnaires and may require additional time outside of our session to complete.
Appointment types
Coaching Support (CIRS/Mold/Lyme/MCA)
For individuals navigating complex, multi-system conditions such as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), mold-related illness, Lyme disease and co-infections, and other chronic inflammatory or dysregulation-based conditions.
These presentations often involve overlapping symptoms, variable progression, and challenges in being clearly understood across providers.
My role is not to diagnose and treat. This is not to replace direct medical care. My role is to help support you in navigating complex, multi-symptom conditions by helping you organize:
patterns
environmental context (including but not limited to navigating with remediators and environmental testing)
food and medication contexts
medical history
All in a way that is coherent, trackable and communicable within clinical settings.
