She works considering the holistic well-being of each individual, addressing the body, mind, energy, frequency, emotions, spiritual growth and the power of choice.

She has also spent time in Management and Leadership in various industries Hospitality Industry, and Alternative Health. She has been teaching in the metaphysical world, reaching hundreds of students to find successful personal, business, and spiritual balance and overall success through her teachings and coaching.

For individuals navigating complex, multi-system conditions such as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), mold-related illness, Lyme disease and co-infections, and other chronic inflammatory or dysregulation-based conditions.
These presentations often involve overlapping symptoms, variable progression, and challenges in being clearly understood across providers.
My role is not to diagnose and treat. This is not to replace direct medical care. My role is to help support you in navigating complex, multi-symptom conditions by helping you organize:

environmental context (including but not limited to navigating with remediators and environmental testing)

All in a way that is coherent, trackable and communicable within clinical settings.

A new somatic treatment that combines therapeutic massage and energy medicine in one session.
In this session, you will simultaneously receive a massage focusing on both your body's needs and energy medicine from two highly specialized practitioners. This transformation work is deeply personal to the client because it addresses so many physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Henna Healing Tattoo
Henna and herbal medicines will be used to create symbols to anchor the medicine in the body.
Henna Healing Tattoo is only done in person. It is important to expect to get additional instructions through the patient portal in preparation for this session.
Energy Healing
Healing sessions will utilize health and life coaching skills as well as stones, biofield tuning, biofeedback, and energy bodywork.
You can expect to lay down on the grounding mat, on a massage table fully clothed. There will be an option for a warming mat, knee bolster, weighted blanket. You can expect work to be done around the physical body, and the field.
